Beatles Yellow Submarine t-shirt, Captain America mask, Batman cape, Hulk hands. She was a walking pop-culture nightmare. OF COURSE, I had to take a picture. I asked her who she was dressed as, and she said, very proudly, "I'm Captain Cha-Cha!"
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Captain Cha-Cha.

They didn't have Yellow Submarine t-shirts when I was the Mighty Mite's age, but if I had that t-shirt when I was her age I'd never have wanted to wear anything else. As a matter of fact, if I had that t-shirt now, I'd never wear anything else...
Also, Captain Cha-Cha is an Internet meme just waiting to happen.
Okay, this deserves the full acronym: Rolling. On. Floor. Laughing!
I think the world is a far better place due to the existance of Captain Cha Cha.
